A new recent announcement by the Financial Secretary in the UK today has stated that there will be a new line of tax transparent vehicles available in the UK for firms and leading companies who are thinking of reducing their tax brackets during this financial year. Businesses will now be able to under the Ucits IV program to alter assets for tax purposes.

The idea for the tax transparent vehicles came from Ireland and Luxembourg, where they have already started a similar project up with much success and demand.
